Ambient Alarm is provided by GrowEpic Corp for personal, non-commercial use, under the terms of Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless a separate agreement applies.
The sleep report is an estimate derived from sound alone. It is not a medical measurement, cannot diagnose sleep apnoea or any other condition, and must not be used to make medical decisions. If you are concerned about your sleep or your snoring, speak to a doctor.
The app schedules alarms through the system, and those alarms behave like any other alarm on the device. Even so, no alarm can be guaranteed under every condition — a discharged battery, a powered-off phone, or a hardware fault will prevent any alarm from ringing. For situations where waking up is critical, keep a second, independent alarm.
Smart wake is a best-effort feature that depends on the app remaining active. It may not trigger, and the ordinary alarm is the guaranteed path.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GrowEpic Corp is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including missed wake-ups.
